The JTAC plate carrier performed exceptionally well during morning rucks and while executing Kata. The fit was secure without restricting movement, even through dynamic turns, stances, and transitions. Weight distribution was balanced, minimizing hot spots and shoulder fatigue over longer sessions.

Based on my experience of 25 years in the Canadian military and over 37 years of martial arts training, I would absolutely recommend this product.
